A men's sound alchemy workshop for activating, balancing, and conditioning spiritual energy through chant, vocal toning, and drumming.

This is much more than a vocal and drumming workshop! It is about activating, balancing, and empowering your core energy and regaining your true masculine expression. If you choose to give yourself to this practice it becomes a means of deepening the qualities of the spiritual warrior and healing on every level. We will be creating opportunities for understanding and growth on many levels. Based on the practices of Tibetan chant, SoulSounding vocal toning, and shamanic drumming to call forth the divine and reunite with your true expression. This is not about fitting into any mold, this is about awakening to the voice of the heart that is authentic and unique to you.

No experience is necessary, simply show up and get out of your own way. Whether you are beginning or seasoned in toning and druming this workshop will provide you with a unique foundation to develop advanced skills in working with energy and sound. 

 

* Bring a frame drum if you have one, if you dont have one some will be available for use or purchase. Please do not bring other style drums such as djembe, etc., we will not be using those for this work.

* It is advised to avoid eating dairy on the day of the event.
