About The Event
Life is designed to challenge us. We need challenge to grow, but in order to find happiness and meaning in life we need to understand and give consistent attention to our vision of life. Without this we become lost in a fog of disillusionment, apathy, and disharmony of all kinds. The fog is only a thin layer, but until see out of it we think its all there is and freedom seems like a distant elusive dream. To live happy and meaningful lives weve got to engage with life to transform it, but there is fear, conditioning and trauma to overcome. Deep spiritual wisdom exists within us all, but we need to open our minds and hearts to trust again. Embodied experience is key, not just mental exercises.
This Healing Circle is supportive of you stepping into your purpose, passion and power. You will be inspired to embrace your inner knowing and purpose. You will feel refreshed to hear others experiences and realize your not alone and it's actually what we are all here for. In circles we do the work together, supporting while being supported.
- Partnered Exercises to break down social conditioning and experience connection
- Meditations and journeys for healing and awareness
- Group discussion to share and support
- Various group and partnered exercises for healing, awareness, connection and empowerment
- Each gathering is different to give you a spectrum of tools and experiences to empower your journey.
