Nature Walk and Circle

For centuries, people have sat in circle in nature to find connection and support. Join us for a gentle walk and sit in circle to connect and renew. This is a simple antidote to the isolation and disconnection that have been prevalent for the last few months. There will be space to support others and/or be supported. We will listen to nature, and our hearts to guide us in a number of possible ways. Possibilities include walking barefoot, enjoying the (now) icy waters of Clear Creek, connecting with the plants, trees and birds, etc. Depending on conditions, we may use sage or other cleansing herbs, sounds, drum, etc. The location is on Clear Creek in Westminster, near Kipling and 41st Ave. From Kipling, go west on 41st Ave. past Miller, bear right down the gravel road to the parking lot.
